It’s a thin flat wire strip. When it is housed inside a fabric hem (as in a collapsible frisbee), it can collapse onto itself and if the wire is 3′ long (as an example) at the onset, it could end up being only inches in diameter once it collapses. I need to find where to buy this kind of wire as soon as possible.
