Where in the UK can I buy kids baseballs hats for them to decorate?
I need about ten white baseball caps or other sun hats that they can draw on with fabric pens. Don’t want to pay more than £1 each. Any ideas where I could get these?
If you’re looking for value, I’d check the obvious chain shops like Tesco or Sainsbury’s (etc…). Usually they’ve got a selection of plain, cheap and cheerful clothing, although I’m not certain they stock white baseball caps. It’s probably worth a check on their websites.
You could also look in a craft shop, I’ve heard Hobby Craft is pretty good, and they’re dotted around the country so you should have one locally. I think a shop like that is more likely to have customisable items, such as t-shirts, hats… Plus, you can pick up the fabric pens here if you don’t already have them. 
However, craft shops are also more expensive so you should be prepared to pay a bit more than you would in a regular shop.
Another place to try would be a sports outfitter, they are very likely to have plain white caps; but again, you would need to shell out a little extra.
If all this fails you can try online. If you look around, you’ll probably find somewhere that stocks them and is either based in or ships to the UK. Once again, postage and packaging and all that jazz adds up… but online you’ve got a wider selection.
