How can I glue fabric temporarily for a Halloween costume?
For my Halloween costume I need to attach felt designs to a dress I already have. I don’t want to ruin the dress by gluing or sewing them to it. Is there any way to attach the felt so that it can be removed and I can still have the dress? (Also, I’d prefer not to safety pin everything on…)

Depends on the fabric of the dress. The least damaging way is usually just basting the decorations to the dress with good quality sewing thread.
